Recorded mostly in Leeds and Manchester (UK), Corinne co-produced the new record with Steve Brown and Steve Chrisanthou, who produced many of the songs on her chart-topping debut album.

CBR looks gorgeous on that cover. February 2010 is shaping up to be a great musical month. I can’t wait!
It’s going to be a big year for real soul music in 2010, it seems. Between Sade and CBR (this decade’s closest approximation to Ms Adu) alone releasing new material I hope it’ll be a year that the R&B/pop imposters, who have been hogging the limelight for too long, will take the backseat once again where they belong. Although I’m not a fan, Amy Winehouse is rumoured to have new stuff out and I won’t be surprised if my girl Adele and Duffy release some new material as well. Second instalment of Maxwell’s BSN due out next year too…good times, good times.
Shalom x
And the artwork for albums these days is going back to the tradition of visionary greatness again! ‘The Sea’ is a case in point, beautiful cover. Even Chris Brown’s new album sleeve is impressive.
