“You don’t get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies.”
Here is the trailer for The Social Network, the story of Facebook and it’s creator and founder, Mark Zuckerberg (played by Jesse Eisenberg). The film, that also stars Justin Timberlake and Andrew Garfield, chronicles Facebook’s beginnings in Harvard to Zuckerberg’s astronomical success.
But check the trailer’s soundtrack! KanYe West‘s “Power”. As usual, Yeezy is not playing when it comes to promotion for this next record (dropping September 14th) – with this release he’s taking over the social networks, from Facebook to twitter (@kanyewest if you aren’t following yet).

Good to see sweet-looking Brit Andrew crossing over to success Stateside but isn’t this a little premature? Or is it that 21st Century living makes our attention span so short the public would have lost interest in the story if it was made when the subject was older and there’s clearer perspective on the Facebook thing and it’s long term impact?
Seeing this makes me dislike myself even more for having a FB account.
