Talay Riley – “Humanoid” | New Music Video

20 year old Talay Riley premiered his debut video for “Humanoid” on SB.TV. The young singer who has writing credits on Chipmunk‘s number 1 single, “Oopsy Daisy” and featured on the rapper’s single “Look For Me”, is currently working on huge things. As well as writing material for Tinchy Stryder, JLS, Jamie Foxx and Tinie Tempah, he is also writing and recording his own debut album on Jive Records. The project is set to feature production from the likes of Ryan Tedder, Rodney Jerkins, Claude Kelly and Savan Kotecha.

“Humanoid” is due for release on October 4th.

Thrum is the debut six-track EP from singing, songwriting Londoner Tanya Auclair.

An experimental project inspired by her road trip around Sweden, Thrum blends folky, acoustic melodies with rhythmic arrangements and layered vocals clearly articulating her quirky songwriting, with influences as wide-ranging as Fats Waller, Fever Ray, Matthew Herbert, Juana Molina and E.S.G.

“Initially it was an experiment,” Auclair says, “taking some of my favourite things about music – primal rhythms, loads of vocal harmonies and straight-up melodies – and it turned into its own little beast, making me dig deeper, to where everything thrums.”

This won’t be everybody’s cup of tea – but you’ll have to take a sip to find out:
