‘Zero Dark Thirty’ the Osama Bin Laden assassination movie trailer released [Video]

The Hurt Locker tag team Katherine Bigelow and Mark Boal have combined forces once again to recount the dramatic assassination of Osama bin Laden with the military drama Zero Dark Thirty.

The Academy Award-winning duo had long been attached to the high-profile movie before signing on to helm the ambitious project.

The film is a big screen retelling of the defining moment in history, detailing the dangerous and high-stakes mission of Navy SEAL Team 6, charged with tracking down the world’s most wanted terrorist.

The dramatic thriller stars The Help‘s Jessica Chastain, Friday Night Lights‘ Kyle Chandler, Parks and Recreation star Chris Pratt and Kick Ass‘ Mark Strong.

The movie will be released on 19 December.
