First Look: Rihanna’s ‘Styled to Rock’ TV show [Video]

Anticipation has been steadily growing since it was announced that fiercely stylish Rihanna would be collaborating with singer Nicola Roberts and designer Henry Holland for a fashion-based TV show on Sky Living. The show’s new trailer gives us a glimpse of what we’re in for as we get a sneak peek of the show so far.

The 30-second trailer teases by letting us see the hopeful candidates looking to take the first step on the fashion career ladder by impressing the judges. Over the course of 10 weeks, the candidates will work with an array of celebrities, designing outfits for them, with the final task being to design an outfit for Rihanna’s performance at Wireless Festival.

In the clip, Rihanna puts huge importance on her fashion sense, saying, “I’ve always loved fashion. Fashion has helped shape me into the artist I am today.” She owes a lot of that to her stylist Lysa Cooper, who will also be on the judging panel. Judging by the clip, it already seems like she’ll be the toughest judge, stating, “They better bring their A-game.”
