Mac Miller discusses topping Billboard Charts, influences + freestyling on 106 & Park | TV Catch-Up

19-year-old rapper Mac Miller recently stopped by the 106 & Park studios to premiere the video for his second single, “Party On Fifth Ave,” off of his debut album, Blue Slide Park. The Pittsburgh rapper also talked about the amazing support he’s received from his fan base, allowing him to debut at #1 on the charts as an independent artist. He also touches on his musical influences, which includes the late Big L, as well as his thoughts on freestyling off of the dome versus a pre-written verse.
