Slaughterhouse visits ’106 & Park’ | TV Catch-Up

Max-El August 29, 2012 TV Comments

On the day their sophomore LP — and Shady Records debut — welcome to: OUR HOUSE hit the streets, Hip-Hop’s most lyrical collective Slaughterhouse made the customary visit to BET’s 106 & Park to talk chemistry, respect from the public and industry peers and what fans should expect to hear when they pop in the new disc and hit play.

Despite being short one member with Joell Ortiz apparently off doing the Hollywood thing, the remaining 75% of the House Gang chopped it up with Rocsi and came to a near-consensus about being underrated as a crew (Joe Budden was on the fence) before Crooked I gave the audience a very succinct description of what they’d get from the new LP.

“I just think they’re gonna get classic Hip-Hop, straight up and down,” he said. “Uncut, raw lyrics, bars, songs amazing — just crazy.”
