Choice FM’s DJ Abrantee is set to bring the biggest Afrobeats event to London’s Somerset House July 14th as part of the Somerset House Summer Series. The event will see performances from some of the most popular African acts from across the globe, including Ghana-hailing Atumpan (most commonly known for his 2011 hit “The Thing“), first lady of Afrobeats May7ven and UK Afrobeats collective Vibe Squad. The Ablade Cultural Dance Troupe will be opening up the night’s action.
DJs on the night will include afrobeat DJs Nyari, Afro B, DNA, Alordia, Solid Vybz, Amour, Ray P, Wavy J, Random and, of course, DJ Abrantee himself. Tickets for the event are priced at £28 and are available now via Ticketmaster.
