Energy drink company Red Bull is one of the outlets helping to keep music alive. Their Music Academy that has been a creative hub for artists like Tokimonsta, Flying Lotus, Aloe Blacc, Phonte and Jake One, just to name a few, and the brand is always looking for innovative ways to give exposure to creative musicians.
Hoping to once again show their unique style of innovation, Red Bull the 2012 edition of their international DJ battle, Red Bull Thre3Style. DJs from 18 countries compete on a global stage, flexing their muscles in a 15-minute battle to display their skills in a minimum of three different musical genres.
From June 21st – June 23rd, the Thre3Style National Finals will be held in Orlando, FL, where the winner will get to compete in the International Finals in Chicago. The National Finals will feature headliners and judges such as Jermaine Dupri, Mick Boogie, and DJ Nu-Mark of Jurassic 5.
