Starting only four years ago, iTunes Festival has grown to be one of the most anticipated free events in London, with music acts commandeering the stage at Roundhouse every night for an entire month of live music. Acts are already being announced, with R&B popstar Usher being the first headliner to kick off the month.
The event will be starting September 1st, Usher will start the month on a high, with the support act yet to be announced. With Usher’s seventh studio album due out in June, by the time his iTunes performance comes around we will all be familiar with the album tracks, not to mention the extensive back catalogue he has to choose from that he’ll hopefully perform for the sake of nostalgia.
And did I mention tickets were free?
Other confirmed acts include the amazingly talented Emeli Sande, Jack White, Norah Jones and One Direction.
