Digital music company 7digitalhas announced that they will host HMV ‘s newly overhauled digital music store, which can now be found at www.hmvdigital.com.
The move comes just two years after HMV Digital’s last relaunch, and taking it to 7digital’s website, which has also recently gone through a redesign, will hopefully increase brand exposure. Users will be glad to know that all previously purchased music will continue to be stored for users, who will be able to download it from a personal cloud locker on 7digital’s website.
7digital, who gained recognition as Spotify’s partner for purchased songs until early last year, began their partnership with HMV back in 2009 when HMV took a 50% stake in it’s business.
