9th Wonder x Buckshot – “Stop Rapping” | New Music

Will 'ill Will' Lavin October 28, 2012 Hip Hop, Music Comments

Calling out all fake emcees, Buckshot and 9th Wonder team up to to send an audio memo out to those not worthy of gripping the mic on new cut “Stop Rapping.”

Taken from the duos forthcoming final collaborative effort The Solution, which will also be released on the same day as 9th Wonder’s final collaboration with Murs (The Final Adventure), Boot Camp Clik emcee Buckshot appears to have a chip on his shoulder regarding individuals who claim to be rappers when they are in fact whack. Spitting the lines, “You can’t lie to me/ You see lights, camera, and action/ Everything ain’t for everyone, son stop rapping,” his gritty reality check for some sounds at home over 9th’s soulfully aggressive production.
