Two years after his debut solo album, Georgia born rapper Big Boi is said to be working on some new material. The rapper took to his Twitter account to announce that his upcoming LP is nearly complete and to expect a few surprises.
Letting off another clue on future projects, the rapper revealed that Andre 3000 is expected to release a solo project of his own. “Big Boi Solo LP , then 3000 Solo LP #weoutchea” he tweeted.
Big Boi’s sophomore solo project (set to be released sometime this year,) will feature fellow rapper KiD CuDi.
Whether or not another Outkast album is on the cards is currently unknown, but this news could be the start of something to come in the near future.
