Cory Gunz says no love lost with Rick Ross for using the same album title as him

Verse January 6, 2011 Music Comments

Cory Gunz and his father Peter Gunz dropped into Shade 45 with Sway and Heather B yesterday and during the interview, the Young Money signed Cory Gunz spoke on Rick Ross naming his forthcoming album God Forgives, I Don’t after the young rapper already announced that he would be calling his EP or LP the same title.
Cory says he chose the title 3 years ago, “I got the T-shirts, I got the songs, the studio sessions, the invoices to prove it.”

The rapper says although it’s a frustrating thing to happen because he was really looking to stick to that title, at least he should be honored that someone who is at the pinnacle of the game is thinking the same way as him.

Cory says there is no love lost and would love to work with Rick Ross on the new LP.
