Kanye West‘s G.O.O.D. Music superstar consortium has been traveling throughout New York this week to promote Cruel Summer, their collaborative album which hit stores this Tuesday to mixed reviews. Yesterday Big Sean, Pusha T, Common, 2 Chainz, Teyana Taylor, CyHi The Prynce, and Travi$ Scott (no sign of Kanye West , KiD CuDi) emerged in all-white outfits on 106 & Park much to the delight of the screaming crowd.
It is interesting to note that despite how busy each individual artist has been with their own individual schedules, they were all still able to link up and develop a good sense of comradeship while working on Cruel Summer. 2 Chainz describes the album as being filled with an “array of different personalities.”
Big Sean notes how important it is to to “see the world, enjoy his life, and leave a legacy” while continuing to make great music and work hard. As the veteran of G.O.O.D. Music, Common expresses admiration for the diversity of the current G.O.O.D. music roster and the vision they held of changing the world. All in all, the G.O.O.D. Music crew appears motivated, inspired, and focused to continue on to greater things.
