Ginuwine plays ‘milkman’ for new beverage, Adult Chocolate Milk

Tahirah Edwards Byfield January 3, 2011 Music Comments

R&B crooner Ginuwine dresses as a ‘sexy chocolate’ man in the campaign for a new beverage, a 40 proof version of chocolate milk called Adult Chocolate Milk.

The vodka-based drink reportedly tastes ‘exactly like’ chocolate milk, but it’s a huge 40 proof means it probably won’t be poured over anyone’s cocoa-puffs.

Ginuwine’s advert will be on billboards on the Vegas Strip soon and there is also a national TV commercial planned. It’ll be interesting to see if Adult Chocolate Milk will be the next Conjure (Ludacris‘ cognac) or Ciroc (Diddy‘s vodka).

Ginuwine said of the shoot which saw him don the old-school milkman outfit: “It was a blast, getting to dress up as a milkman for the day. I really got into character.”

I can imagine more than a few women would love the singer to deliver milk to their doors in the morning.

About The Author

Being born to a father who used to own an independent reggae label and a mother who sang meant a love for melodies, chords, vocals and beats was naturally infused in Tahirah Edwards Byfield. Unfortunately that love for music wasn’t accompanied by any type of musical ability! So the young creative married her love of tuneage with her other favourite form of expression, literature. Combined with the other thing she’s pretty good at – talking too much – Tahirah enjoys waxing lyrical about music and street culture on paper and on radio.
