Haitian Fresh f/ B.o.B, Wyclef Jean – “Watch You Shine” | New Music

Haitian Fresh, who recently signed with Waka Flocka’s Brick Squad Monopoly, has just dropped an emotional, albeit uplifting, track entitled “Watch You Shine,” dedicated to all those whose lives have been ruined by Hurricane Sandy (including those in the Caribbean) and the ongoing violence in Chicago.

The track, which also touches on such issues as the current US presidential election, features both B.o.B and Fresh’ mentor Wyclef Jean. Whilst the Atlanta rapper and Fresh meditate on a “world underwater” over slow guitars, the rhythm section builds and Wyclef comes through to sing a heartfelt chorus, accompanied by a stirring piano harmony. Listen to “Watch You Shine” below and spare a thought for all those affected by natural disasters and firearms across the Atlantic.
