Brooklyn-bred Saigon is the latest emcee to enter 106 & Park’s The Backroom and offer a few rhymes with Scram Jones.
Freestyles have never been a problem for the talented wordsmith as he made his name in the underground circuits before his ill-fated Atlantic deal. In the booth, the rapper weaves an intricate tale after warning Scram that he’s a “different kind of emcee” and the listener will have to “run it back a few times to get it.” Check out his session below, and read our review of Saigon’s last album The Greatest Story Never Told 2: Bread and Circuses right here.
