It was back in April when we heard the remix of E-40‘s “Function”, in which Chris Brown replaced YG, IAmSu and Problem as the guest speakers. But it looks like the banger, taken from 40′s epic three volume album, The Block Brochure: Welcome to the Soil, is in for an even bigger makeover.
With behind-the-scenes images surfacing from the video shoot surfacing, it’s evident that Young Jeezy, Red Cafe, French Montana and Problem (retaining his spot) have lent further guest verses (or ad-libs, in some cases) to the track. The whole gang (with Big Sean riding shotgun) were out in Los Angeles recently to film the clip, and you can check out the BTS gallery below.
