Kendrick Lamar previews new Hit-Boy produced song on Music Matters Tour [Video]

Kendrick Lamar debuted a Hit-Boy produced track off of his upcoming album, good kid, m.A.A.d. city during a stop of his BET Music Matters tour.

From what can be heard, the track features pulsating drums, clashing cymbals, and funky instrumentation as an energised, charismatic Kendrick held the crowd captive with his menacing tone and intense lyrics. Though only a brief snippet was heard, Lamar’s on-stage antics combined with the song itself drew an ovation from the excited crowd – watch below.

Kendrick Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d. city LP drops October 22nd through Top Dawg/Aftermath/Interscope Records, whilst the BET Music Matters Tour continues through late October, also featuring Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, Schoolboy Q and Fly Union.
