While they usually only fit in a couple celebrity guests, BET’s 106 & Park had three artists drop by Wednesday to talk to show host Terrence J. The audience and host were joined by a trio of R&B singers: there was Ne-Yo, who shared his health regime and the highlights of his music career so far; Miguel, who spoke on working with Nas on Life Is Good, his new video “Adorn,” and his upcoming sophomore album Kaleidoscope Dream; and Keyshia Cole, who discussed her new family, her new single “Enough Of No Love,” and gave a brief description of what listeners can expect from her new album Woman To Woman.
