Lloyd talks King Of Hearts LP: “My ego played a big part in shaping the album”

M. Gosho Oakes December 26, 2010 interviews, Music No Comments

New Orleans R&B crooner Lloyd recently sat down with Honey mag to discuss his fourth album, King of Hearts, working with Polow da Don ["one of my best friends.. someone I admire not only only for who they are in the studio - which is very dedicated and talented - also for who he is outside of music"], his ‘effortless’ collaborations with Lil Wayne and his earlier work with Drake and Nicki Minaj.

Lloyd’s new album, King of Hearts, is due for release on March 15, 2011; pre-order now available from Amazon.
