I’m going to put it out there, Kendrick Lamar is about to drop the best album of 2012 (and most likely 2013). I don’t even want to hear any arguments.
Anywhos with my fanboy moment out of the way, back to the real story. With his TDE/Aftermath album Good Kid, m.A.A.d City due for release on October 22nd featuring the singles “Cartoon & Cereal” featuring Gunplay, “The Recipe” with Dr Dre, “Swimming Pools (Drank)” and the forthcoming track “Partynauseous” with Lady Gaga, anticipation levels for this LP are crazy right now.
Today we get to take a peek at the album cover for the California raised emcee’s debut effort, a simple polaroid picture with a baby Kendrick in the center surrounded by disguised family member and/or friends with a handwritten album title.
