T.I. f/ Lil Wayne – ‘Ball’ | Cover Art

Earlier this month, we caught word that T.I.‘s next single from his upcoming album, Trouble Man (excusing the T-Minus-produced “Go Get It” release) will be called “Ball” and will feature Young Money boss Lil Wayne. Although we still don’t have a release date for this drop, you can get a look at the single’s official artwork above.

The track was first announced by producer Rico Love, who detailed that it centers around a “bounce” sound – a sub-genre of hip-hop made popular in New Orleans in the 90′s by artists such as Soulja Slim, Magnolia Shorty and Weezy’s former Hot Boyz running mate Juvenile – and is a “bonafide club banger”, so he claims.

“Ball” is expected to premiere very soon. Trouble Man is due out on September 4th.
