Having blessed the final weeks of 2012 with her Audrey Hepburn-inspired mixtape Audrey Hepburn: An Audiovisual PresentationSoulCulture verified songstress Chrisette Michele is all set to keep the good music coming with her fourth studio album Betterfor which she now has firm a release date.

After a number of frustrating delays, the new long-player is set to drop via Chrisette’s new label Motown on April 30th (the RnB/soul singer used to be signed to Island Def Jam). It follows her 2010 effort Let Freedom Reign.

Chrisette took to Twitter to announce the news with an excitable tweet, which you can check out below. She also recently stopped by SoulCulture to talk about the new project, so be sure to scroll down for an entertaining interview.
