Flying Lotus announces Thom Yorke collaboration, ‘Until the Quiet Comes’ album release date | Music News

Widely-acclaimed electronic producer Flying Lotus stops by with a pair of welcome announcements today. After some confusion (back in March, the DJ said the record would “probably” be out in June, but obviously that didn’t happen) his fourth solo album, Until the Quiet Comes, has been scheduled with an official release date. Fans can expect to pick up the LP on October 2nd via Warp.

And as if that isn’t enough excitement for one Monday morning, FlyLo has also revealed a collaboration with Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke on the upcoming album. The two previously worked together on “…And the World Laughs with You cut”, taken from the 2010 LP Cosmogramma, and we all know what magic was made there.

More updates on Until the Quiet Comes are expected to be announced this week, so stay tuned. SoulCulture‘s got you covered.
