The quartet announced the news with a post on their website:
Hope you are sitting down because we’ve got some really big news to share with you! While adding the finishing touches to our new album we realized it was time to name it…so we did, and the name is…(drum roll please)…Push and Shove !!!
The album bears the same name as the band’s forthcoming collaboration with dancehall artist Busy Signal, but, contrary to some previous reports, the single will not lead the new album.
“The first single from Push and Shove will be ‘Settle Down,’” the band says, and the song’s video will be helmed by British director Sophie Muller, whose credits include several No Doubt videos and documentaries as well as work with the likes of Sade, Björk and Weezer.
Push and Shove hits stores September 25th. The “Settle Down” single and video will both debut in July.
