Maybach Music Group‘s US tour has been brought to a premature conclusion, according to a statement which Rick Ross‘ representatives issued last Friday (December 7th).

The five remaining dates of the tour, scheduled to take place over the course of this week in Nashville, Memphis, Houston, Detroit and New York, have been promptly cancelled due to ”lack of organisation and communication on the part of the tour promoter”, according to Ross’ people.

In a statement to disappointed fans, Ross commented “I want to apologize to all of my fans who I missed performing for due to the cancellations and want to let them know that I will get back to their cities”.

The news comes hot on the heels of Ross’ cancellation of two shows in North Carolina, reportedly due to threats from the Gangster Disciples street gang, a beef which can be traced back to Rozay’s mention of their imprisoned leader Larry Hoover in his ’10 hit “BMF“.

With the final five shows cancelled, MMG’s first national tour, which had been extended from its original December 2nd end date to December 16th, is now officially finished.
