California’s next generation connects on the small screen as Earl Sweatshirt, Casey Veggies and Vince Staples get together on Earl’s visual for the single, “Hive.”
The Odd Future member strolls along a dimly lit neighborhood street followed by a few masked friends on bikes. Think Tim Burton meets the suburbs meets Earl, Casey and Vince. Besides a few skeletal flamingoes and creepy painted faces, Casey and Vince stay safe from the madness in their own scenes.
“Hive” will be featured on Earl Sweatshirt’s debut album, Doris, which is actually being released under his own label Tan Cressida, a part of Columbia Records. The pre-order link for Doris is already up on iTunes. Order it now and receive the album when it drops August 20.
