Genius beatsmith The Alchemist may have just celebrated the release of his third studio album, Russian Roulette, earlier this week, but here he reconnects with fellow producer Oh No (with whom he forms the Gangrene duo) for some fresh visuals from their collaborative LP, Vodka & Ayahuasca, which dropped back in January.
With alcohol references abundant, it should come as no surprise that the footage for “Drink Up” is one big trip, as Alc, Oh No and their guest emcee Roc Marciano recite their rhymes through a hallucogenic filter. Coupled with the warped audio, it’s probably best to lay off the stiff drinks before watching this clip.
Vodka & Ayahuasca serves as The Alchemist and Oh No’s fourth collaboration together, and was succeeded by the Odditorium EP, which was released in April.
