Joey Bada$$, Smoke DZA and Big K.R.I.T. combine forces to triple-team a track from the forthcoming Ecko Unlimited mixtape – and it’s a banger.
“Underground Airplay” harkens back to the days of Lords Of The Underground, The Cella Dwellas and The Wu-Tang Clan when all videos looked this gritty. Directors Coodie & Chike capture a slice of the era perfectly by placing the emcees underground among subways, graffiti and rubble with black and white visuals.

The track is classic gloomy excellence with drum loops, record scratching and three top-notch verses from the participants. I hope this is an accurate sign of things to come from the Ecko Unlimited project.
