Nipsey Hussle‘s had a good stretch. Since making himself known to the masses with his quintessential West Coast anthem “Hussle In The House” in 2009, the Los Angeles native has slowly, but surely, upped his stock, releasing three approved Bullets Ain’t Got No Name mixtapes, earning his XXL Freshmen status in 2010, and most recently, getting the nod from rap’s biggest Bawse, Rick Ross, with a stellar verse on MMG‘s Self Made Vol. 2 (the”Fountains of Youth” cut to be specific).
Nipsey would seem to agree, as for his latest visual output, he teams up with 57thAve to compile a montage of his career thus far. The footage accompanies his “They Know” track, taken from last year’s The Marathon Continues mixtape, and pastes together footage of his South Central stomping grounds, his studio grinds and the fruits of the good life.
