Brooklyn bruiser Red Café seems to be in a perpetual state of “being average”. Although signed to Bad Boy, Konvict Muzik and Ciroc Entertainment (oh, and DJ Clue‘s Desert Storm imprint), the NYC rapper has done little to capitalise on the platforms any YouTube hopeful would kill for. I mean, he’s on a zero album every 10 year average.
Needless to say, it’s the mixtape hustle and a couple of big-name features thrown his way (word to Diddy) that have seemingly enabled his relevancy. Released back in January of this year, Hells Kitchen has achieved exactly that, gathering J.Cole, French Montana, 2 Chainz and co. to help keep Red Café and his underwhelming career afloat.
Today, fans get a look at the music video for the “His Story” cut. Enough bashing, though (“If I don’t like it, I don’t like it, that don’t mean that I’m hating”), press play below.
