Ahead of the release of her seventh studio album, Unapologetic, Rihanna releases the video for “Diamonds”.
The visual accompaniment to the global chart-topping single takes on the themes of defiance, conflict, desire, overcoming adversity and letting go of fears, utilising beautiful cinematic imagery that alternates between dramatic monochromatic scenes and lush, colorful shots.

Much of the video is very symbolic and open to interpretation, meriting more than one view before understanding can be reached. Watch the full video below.
