If you happen to take shots at T-Pain, you shouldn’t be surprised to find yourself referenced in his next single; “Hang Ups,” from his latest mixtape Stoic, is a definitive warning against those who hate on his craft.
Targeting only saying the naysayers, T-Pain explains, “to my real fans, I’m actually a nice dude. It’s kind of hard to please everybody.” The accompanying video, recorded earlier this year in Australia, which matches the dark tone of the song, produced by Young Fyre, addresses many of the issues he deals with in the industry due to his celebrity status.
