The-Dream (Terius Nash) – “Wake Me When It’s Over” | Music Video

Terius Nash, aka. R&B crooner The-Dream, releases the visual for what is without a doubt my favourite track from last year’s 1977 project.

The moody clip for “Wake Me When It’s Over” shows the Atlanta-hailing singer-producer as he struggles to escape from a nightmarish relationship. It alternates between shots of a messy break-up, doors slamming in time with the beat, and the aftermath, as Nash sits alone in the blue tinged darkness, imagining his girl with another man. If you’re going through turmoil in your current relationship, it’s probably not a good idea to watch this. Nonetheless, it’s a great visual, and a good way to promote the commercial re-release of 1977 on December 18th. Check it out below:
