Voli vs. Gotye – “State Of The Art” | Music Video

It’s been some time since his last release but New Jersey’s ever grafting lyricist Voli returns to bless the world wide web with new visuals for his new cut “State Of The Art.”

Arguably his most creative/eclectic release to date, Voli takes the original workings of chart topper Gotye to produce a blinding (epileptic sensitive) light show of a video which mixes animated monster pianos, ’50s archive film footage and silhouettes to create a head tripping experience, exploring the evolution of music and its downfalls.

Slightly differing from the original creation, “State Of The Art” nevertheless stands as one of Volis strongest releases due to its daring production and experimental video. If you’ve been slow to pick up on this emerging rapper, “State of the Art” is the right introduction to the impressionable work of Voli, whose forthcoming project The Wall gets its official release in the not too distant future.
