Harlem repping A$AP Rocky‘s debut album Long.Live.A$AP is very nearly here after a long wait and build up of anticipation, and with its official release only a few days out (Jan. 15th), this might be the track to help cement his crossover into more genres than just Hip-Hop as he enlists British singer Florence Welch “I Come Apart” a bonus track from the deluxe edition
A more emotive sound than we’re used to hearing from A$AP, he raps over a driving and haunting soundbed for a more reflective song about people leaving and him then falling apart. Florence’s amazing vocals take the song to a new level as she delivers the chorus, with A$AP extending his skills further by also singing on the song, sounding very reminiscent of fellow rapper and singer Kid Cudi.
