Killa Cam had a relatively quiet 2012, but having closed out the year with a solid guest appearance on Wiz Khalifa’s O.N.I.F.C. album, Harlem’s king of the double entendre opens 2013 with some new music of his own, a track entitled “You Know This“, which premiered on Power 105 last night (December 3rd).
The brand new track, which probably won’t appear on Cam’s upcoming album More Gunz Less Butta (set to drop later this year), has him return to an early ’00s sound, bringing us back to the heyday of Dipset with some laid-back ignorance over a catchy, string-driven beat, and while there’s a little way to go yet with the lyrics, it’ll keep you nodding right through to the end. Hopefully there’s more of this to come from him.
