DāM-FunK‘s new instrumental track “Kruisin ’2gether” sees the modern king of boogie-funk take us on a trip through LA at sundown.
The Pasadena-hailing producer has been dropping some dope free music lately, and although this latest groove is simpler than some of his other recent stuff, it’s as warm and feel-good as you could possibly expect. Perhaps the most interesting thing about DaM-FunK’s music is the way that he manages to combine classic West Coast and funk basslines with new-boogie synth harmonies, and this track is no exception.
