Always meddling with the norms of musical genres, Chicago-based production duo The Hood Internet return with a brand new mashup. Like a lot of their previous output, Hip-Hop and Indie Rock are the ingredients for this mix, as Danny Brown‘s “Grown Up” and Dirty Projectors‘ “Gun Has No Trigger” get tossed into the blender and served on a SoundCloud platter. Danny’s bars mesh perfectly into the beat, but his vocals come off a little on the quiet side.
