Having recently finished serving a 12-year stint in prison for second degree murder, Native Tongues emcee Chi Ali is a free man again, and he’s already back in the studio making new music.
His new track “Games & Things” sees the “Age Ain’t Nothing But A #” rapper link up with BX representative Fat Joe and master producer Statik Selektah, and it’s a soulful re-introduction to the boy we once knew. Statik’s beat is as warm as they come, but it’s still spooky to hear a voice that’s changed so much since we last heard it. Have a listen for yourself below:
