After last year’s “Gangsta Hop“, Giggs and Waka Flocka Flame flame link up for another Brick Squad/SN1 collaboration, this time a murky banger entitled “Lemme Get Dat“.
Whilst the ATL and Peckham representatives have two very different styles, they manage to make it work on this brand new track thanks to their personally-flavoured charisma and Bayoz Muzik’s wavy Southern-leaning beat. The official visual, directed by SBTV, shows that the duo certainly enjoy working together in the studio. Hollowman, Waka Flocka, DJ Ace and other 1017 Brick Squad members kick back by the pool table with Courvoisier, and from the looks of things, a good time is had by all.
No word yet on whether this will appear on Giggs’ (eventually) forthcoming album When Will It Stop, out April/May 2013, but we’ll keep you updated on that. For now listen to the track, complete with visuals, below:
