He may have recently inked a solo deal with hip-hop powerhouse Def Jam, but Gunplay is prepping a new mixtape, quaintly-titled 106 & Snort, before the arrival of his official debut album. Supplying the first taste of the project, Don Logan delivers “Take Dis”, a snarling number reminiscent of West Coast rap of old, which sees the gruff-voiced rapper demand you to “take dis to the brain” and later interrogate you over “how could you feel the train?”.
