Alya Mooro February 24, 2012 New Music 1 Comment

Despite being locked up behind bars, Ja Rule is managing to keep his fans satisfied, releasing visuals to “Believe,” as well as the latest offering – “To The Top” which features Diddy-Dirty Money singer Kalenna Harper.

Having given us a sneak peak of this track back in March of last year, take a listen to the full track below as the gravelly voiced rapper spits pensive rhymes while Kalenna holds down the hook – taken from Ja Rule’s forthcoming, much delayed, PIL2, which is expected to hit stores on February 28.

“Sometimes I get high on my sky has no limits, and why should it? /
When many walk on the moon just to be among stars.”
