Having teamed up with the likes of Nas and Nelly Furtado as of late, Somali-Canadian poet and hip-hop artist K’naan has recently unveiled “Hurt Me Tomorrow,” the lead single off his forthcoming fifth album release Country, God or Girl, which is set for release sometime in July.

Accompanied by Ryan Tedder‘s piano chords, the singer/songwriter croons about love lost, telling his significant other that he just can’t fit a break up into his busy schedule: “Today isn’t the time for sorrow, but you can hurt me for tomorrow… girl please save it for tomorrow.
