R&B singer Mario reveals what he’s been working on in the studio this year by revealing another track onto the ‘net. The singer and occasional actor brings the full version of new song “Recovery.”
Sticking to his classic R&B sound with a little bass bounce, the H-Money-produced track is reminiscent of the singer’s last full album D.N.A., released back in 2009.
A good teaser of what we can expect from the singer in the future, “Recovery” works as a modern R&B love song with no dance synths in sight. Finally.
Mario is said to be working on a new album, entitled Restoration, due for release later this year, but there’s no current news as to whether this track will be on it. I guess we’ll know soon enough.
