Ne-Yo weighs in on his new artist R&B songstress RaVaughn in this behind the scenes webisode, as she works on new music in her deal with Compound Ent. and Columbia Records.

By way of introduction, Ravaughn released her 8-track mixtape Love Always, The Introduction last month, featuring a collaboration with Eric Bellinger; download here.

“It’s very difficult to find somebody with a work ethic like mine, and RaVaughn is absolutely that,” Ne-Yo enthuses of his promising artist. She’ll stay up all hours of the night, in the booth, singing til her throat just don’t work no more.”

He adds, “As conceited as this may sound, I see a lot of myself in RaVaughn. I do this because I love music and I feel like RaVaughn does it for the same reason.”
