The rap game’s #1 dunn Prodigy links with its favorite stoner for “Co-Pilot,” track five from P’s H.N.I.C. 3 featuring Taylor Gang general Wiz Khalifa.
P and Wiz kick rhymes about that high life of beautiful women, big bankrolls and, of course, great weed over a high-tech track laced by The Colombians.
P’s H.N.I.C. series of albums is the inspiration behind the title of Wiz’s next project, O.N.I.F.C., and the Mobb Deep member says he’s very flattered by the acknowledgment.
“For him to even acknowledge that that’s where he got it from, that’s a compliment to me,” P told Hip-Hop Wired. “I like Wiz’s music. I used to watch 106 & Park when I was locked up when Wiz first came out with the ‘Black and Yellow’ and all that. I was feelin’ that. … He’s definitely a cool young brotha, man.”
H.N.I.C. 3 drops July 3rd. And while we’re at it, O.N.I.F.C. drops August 28th.
