With less than 24 hours ’til the release of The Diamond Life Project, veteran New York rhymer Styles P serves up the first – and perhaps only – sample of his forthcoming free EP. Entitled “Throw Down”, the cut sees The Ghost combine lyrical talents with Texas O.G. Trae Tha Truth and newcomer from the Bronx Fred Da Godson over some mellow, yet menacing, production.
Releasing in partnership with streetwear brand, Diamond Supply Co., it sounds like The Diamond Life Project will see Styles P at his old best once again. Expect plenty more new material and high profile features on the EP, which drops this Thursday (August 23rd).
